Zuppa Toscana Ingredients

Cook the bacon

Start by chopping and cooking the bacon in the Dutch oven. Set aside and reserve 1 Tablespoon bacon grease.

Saute veggies & Pork

Saute the veggies in the bacon grease. Add the pork and spices. Cook thoroughly.

Add Potatoes

Add the potatoes and stir just enough to coat with flavors and start cooking.

Boil & Add Final ingredients

Add the stock to boil and fully cook the potatoes. Add the kale, cream, and cheese just before serving.

Finish & feast!
